Finally I have a day of freedom to do a lil updating and some CNY shopping. For those of you wondering how the heck I spend my long after exam break, I've been working, helping out my dad in his business to be specific. Since CNY is coming real fast his business has been real hectic. All the deadlines is to be on the 26th so yeah, I've been under real screeching hot sun and rain, living up to my nickname.
Despite yesterday's heavy rain, the pasar malam plan with my MCA committee was still on! They were Datuk Kean Mun, Tan Sri Chuan Kim and Yang Pernah Dihormat Calvin. After the rain stopped, the 1st stall we head to, was the smelly tofu! The smelly tofu is actually the highlight of the day. What persuaded them to join me for pasar malam was the great "chow tofu". Each bite, we were to sink into the aromatic tofu and let the smell take all of us sky high! Alrite, I admit I'm a lil too obses with it but hey, it's really really really good! Not to CK though, he finds it disgusting and backed out after a piece or two. Too bad we didn't take any pictures, breaks my heart to see this post so wordy. Going to 1U now, chiaow~

Chill Pill
Mamak session with the gays at Steven's corner. It was a random thing from Jon the big brown bear. He was hungry and so he dragged us all there. I didn't mind at all going out for some fresh air since I've been at home incubating eggs in front of my com. Jon was telling he bought 4D from Magnum and was day dreaming about what he'll do with the money if he wins. Surprisingly, today he found out he was short of one digit to actually win 1st prize!! wahahaha! Instead of 1990 like he bought, it came out 1970 and I shit you not, click this and you'll know what I mean.
Got home and I was just in time for The Moment of Truth. I'm starting to feel that the show is all made up because their reaction is so.. so.. drama queen! But hor, there's some episode where they'll invite past participant to talk about their life after appearing in the show. Well, they could be bluffing and there isn't any solid proof.. Ahh.. I don't know lah! My exam is over and I don't want to stress myself over something irrelevant to my life. Call me selfish but I just wanna have my total relaxation now! Peace out~ ^^v

Past Time
Finally, i'm free from exams, at least for now before my second external exam kicks in. I kept studying for exams I didn't even realize it's half a month in this new year already. Is either I'm too busy or time is passing too fast! Things happened in 2008 and it felt like it was just last week..

I still remember laughing out loud when the message said, "Tahniah anda telah dipilih..." I was excited but at the same time nervous about NS. All sorts of questions was playing in my mind. "Are we getting tortured there?" "Are the people in my dorm violent?" "Do I need to bring my pillow there?" Turns out, NS is a total vacation for me to spend for 3 months! I made a lot and I mean A LOT of friends, had lots of fun and for the 1st time sleeping side by side with Sabahans and Sarawakians. They are a bunch of whacko jackos who loves to crack jokes and go around scaring people at night with their blanket. There was once Megat (a small Bajau boy) hid in Nik's locker and when Nik (a skinny T'ganu dude) open's his locker to take his towel he got the scare of his life and fall straight to the floor. It immediately trigger tears of laughter around the dorm. Ahh.. how I miss those days..
February
Chinese New Year was awfully quiet. Had reunion dinner at Uncle's place just like every year, went back to Mom's place, visited a few relatives, made offerings at temple and of cos, collected ang pau. My ang pau collection was beaten flat out by my sister for the 1st time because I only got 5 days of break and then it's back to camp. Anyway, I brought back lots of food for the Sarawakians and Sabahans in my dorm cos they had to stay in the camp unless they are willing to fork out air tickets back home.

Besides, the next college intake is on July, no harm defrosting the brain a lil. It was fun knowing most of them, I was often labeled the talkative one. Instantly click well and we all became close friends.. I HEART YOU ALL!

Finally get the chance to visit Singapore. Everything there looks so much more advance. Even the dumpster looks uber cool! On the contrary, everything looks more pricey as well. Usually when on a holiday I would be on "hungry frenzy" mode, eating my way out but not at Singapore. Did a lot of sightseeing and exposed to the MRT cultural..

I tried but I didn't like the teaching and learning environment. Friends are great but I gotta start thinking for my own good. So I left my new friends and signed up for A-levels at HELP. Didn't know what to expect, I just know I gotta get great results to show my appreciation towards my parents who sacrificed a lot just so I get better education.

That faithful day that happen right before my 18th birthday. Now you know why I don't drive despite having a hard-earned license.

5 Merah gathering! Everyone look so different. The last time I see them was back in March and they sure change a lot. Some came driving their newly owned cars, some change their hairstyle but one thing's for sure, at the inside they are still the same fellas I spent my secondary school life with.

Deepavali celebration was off the hook. Hopped 3 places and I had so much curry I can feel a storm cooking up in my stomach the whole day. We laugh from start to finish and Om introduced some of his college fwens. Just like me, they enjoy kutuk-ing Om, I like them. ^^
Well, that's about it for year 2008. I'm really hoping 2009 is way better. Lesser tears more laughter, yup! that's my prayer. Chiaow~

Ah Lala Long
Insomnia. I tried to sleep but I just couldn't.. hmm.. Was it the tea I just drank or am I just too excited for tmr i mean.. later for my Physic paper? It is my last paper and I can't wait to enjoy the long break till after CNY but I'm far from saying I'm totally ready for it. Formulas are all topsy turvy in my head now.. I've been slacking throughout the weekend due to the fact that both my Math and Chemistry papers are behind me. I did badly in my Math fyi.. (just glad I can share it with the world what a dimwit I am). So what did I do so crazy that I didn't touch my Physic book?.. I dyed my hair!! Ow Em Gee! did I? Wait.. lemme check the mirror.. OMG I really did!! Hahaha.. yup, no more silky black hair! I'm so in love with myself right now, I would hug myself facing my bedroom wall and tilt my head left and right. I'll describe my hair as not too loud, not too lala, dark brownishly perfect? Some gave thumbs up but MOST shot me down with comments like "What did you do to yourself?!" "Nope, not ok at all" "Lala mui!" "So when you gonna start selling DVD?" Woo~ T-T

Scarlet Letter
New Year celebration at Scarlet with the gays, Fatty Jon, Japs, Shelby, Darvin, Black, Kyle the Ugly, Cedric and Brian. We decided to party and it turned out to be a wild night. At exactly 11:59:50 the countdown starts from "10! 9! 8!... 3! 2! 1! Happy New Year!!" The balloon which was suspended on the ceiling ever since we enter the club was finally released. I felt like a kid again, hopping and jumping to get my hands on the balloons.. X) As soon as we enter year 2009, the music was turned back on and it was heart thumping, roof blasting!
It was such a surprise to bump into Christine there. Not the kinda place you have in mind to meet long lost primary schoolmate. Ahh.. I still remember the time when this small cute version of Chris was sobbing on the 1st day of school.. I even ridiculously ask her why was she crying and her reply was she couldn't find her parent. Aww.. look at her! All grown up into a hot and sexy party machine.
Later Wong came with Sonul and Abdullah to join us. Unfortunately there's some misunderstanding and eventually they couldn't enter. So me, Black and Jon decided to go 7-11 with them to chill our brains out from all the blasting bass.
The party was worth the massive jam. Although I was a lil worry of getting block by police on the way back cause Kelisa got no backseat belt =.= Well I dare say, this is one of my best New Year celebration ever! peace out~
*should all acquaintance be forgot, and days of Auld Lang Syne..
